The ALS Group was founded more than 20 years ago to fill a gap in the risk management advisory space. At the time, there were few truly independent advisors an organization could turn to for unbiased, objective, multidimensional risk management guidance. We have always been fiercely independent; our sole source of remuneration is fee-for-service client engagements. We do not accept engagements from insurance companies, agents, or brokers and, as such, we provide our clients with an objective point of view.
Over time, as the needs of our clients evolved from simple insurance advice to more complex risk management situations, so have we. Even though insurance solutions are still very much a part of our work with clients, we also provide guidance on a broader perspective to help our clients mitigate, transfer, and reduce risks.
Today, The ALS Group supports clients of all sizes and from all industries by designing custom risk management solutions to fit their needs. Albert Sica, the Firm’s Founder and Managing Principal, leads the strategic direction of ALS and manages client relationships, fostering long-term, collaborative partnerships that support the stability and foster continued growth of The ALS Group.
